If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use ABMS. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 may need parental or guardian consent, as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Students are responsible for reviewing all verification requests carefully before granting access. You should verify the identity and legitimacy of the requesting party.

When granting access, you may specify the duration and scope of access. You retain the right to revoke access at any time through your dashboard.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update your profile if your academic status changes. Misrepresentation of academic credentials is a violation of these terms.

Employers and verifiers agree to use ABMS only for legitimate credential verification purposes related to employment, admissions, or other authorized background checks.

You agree to obtain proper consent from individuals before submitting verification requests. Submitting false or fraudulent requests is prohibited.

Verification results must be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not store, share, or resell verification data beyond what is permitted.

Educational institutions that provide academic records to ABMS agree to maintain the accuracy and currency of all submitted data.

Institutions are responsible for securely transmitting credential data and ensuring proper authorization for data sharing with ABMS.

Institutions agree to notify ABMS promptly of any changes to credential status, including revocations, corrections, or updates to academic records.

You may not attempt to bypass security measures, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with the proper functioning of ABMS.

Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent use of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes submitting false information or impersonating others.

Users may not attempt to access data beyond what they have been explicitly authorized to view. Unauthorized access attempts will be reported and may result in legal action.

ABMS and its associated technology, including our blockchain verification system, are proprietary to ABMS. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of ABMS without prior written consent from us.

The ABMS name, logo, and all related trademarks are property of ABMS and may not be used without authorization.

ABMS provides verification services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all verification data.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use ABMS ceases immediately. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property and liability limitations.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
